I believe in transparent pricing, so I like to keep my pricing and packages as simple as possible for you to avoid any overwhelm or confusion. That's why all of my sessions are all inclusive of your studio time and your full final digital gallery, so there's no hidden costs or upgrades that will catch you out afterwards.
A £99 non refundable booking fee & signed contract are both required to secure your session - the remaining final balance is due 48 hours before your session

The exciting part!
I know you'll be so excited to see your photos! After your session all of your photos are lovingly edited in my signature style and I won't rush through this process to be sure every little attention to detail is perfect on each and every photo.
Your photos will be delivered within 2 weeks of your session date and will be delivered via an online password protected gallery.

You're all booked in!
Once your client portal is complete I will send you your official booking confirmation. This will confirm the date and time of your studio session and my full studio address.
You will also receive your digital welcome guide for your session. This will be full of all of the information you need and includes a style guide to help you make the most of your session!

So as soon as you send your enquiry, I will send you my studio availability calendar to easily select your session date & time. At the same time, I'll also send and create your own online client portal for you with your quote, contract and invoice that can all be viewed and completed digitally, quickly and easily from the comfort of your sofa.

frequently asked questions
My studio calendar is open for bookings up to 1 year from todays date, on average clients book approximately 4-6 months in advance. I only take on a limited number of sessions in my studio each month to be able to give all of my clients the best experience, so this does mean my calendar can fill up fairly quickly. There's always the possibility of last minute availability, so please do still ask! However, if you know you'd like to book a session then I highly recommend securing your session as soon as possible.
I completely understand babies will arrive when they're ready! (Both of mine weren't on time!) - To book your newborn session all I need to know is your due date to secure your session. This allows me to manage my calendar and keep track of the number of newborns I can accommodate during certain times of each month. When little one arrives (whether late, early or on time) then we will decide and book the actual date for your session (within 14 days old). Because you would have reserved your due date, there will be plenty of space that I would've kept available for you to choose from ready for when the time comes.
My home studio is in Melksham, Wiltshire, SN12 6UU.
My exact house number will be given inside your booking confirmation email and will also be in your welcome guide with directions.
My studio is open Monday - Friday between 10am - 2:30pm.
A polite note to say that due to my wedding schedule I'm unable to open my studio on weekends.
Yes, my studio is a home studio, a cosy all White log cabin in my garden. You can park on my driveway, there's plenty of space! So no need to worry about finding a parking space, paying for parking, or having to trek from your car to my studio.
To secure your studio session, all sessions require a £99 non-refundable booking fee and a signed contract.
I will send you a reminder for the remaining full balance approximately one month before so it doesn’t sneak up on you, however the final remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours before your session.
It's completely understandable that you or your children might be ill on the day of your session (what are the chances!?) - Rather than stressing and pushing through, and risking bringing germs into the studio by not saying anything. For the safety of newborns and to reduce the risk of me catching anything from you (self employed life! I would have to cancel sessions) - I respectfully ask you to please be honest if you're feeling unwell and we can reschedule your session. I offer one complimentary reschedule due to illness without losing your non-refundable booking fee, so please do be honest and we can rearrange. After this complimentary reschedule, any further reschedules would incur a £50 rescheduling fee per each additional reschedule. Rescheduling is subject to studio availability.
My studio can accommodate a maximum of 4 people per session. 2 adults and 2 children (3 if baby in arms)
Yes I offer studio gift vouchers! These can be purchased for the full value of any session and they have a one year expiry date on them from the date of purchase. Sessions are subject to availability and a signed contract is required by the recipient once they book their date and time for their gifted session.
As a mother of two littles myself, I completely understand how important and special it is to capture these precious memories. However I know that finding and picking a newborn or family photographer can be overwhelming as there's so many different options out there for set ups and editing styles!
