As a vegan myself, photographing vegan weddings always feels that little bit more personal.
I know how important it can be to find suppliers who share your values and understand the choices you’re making for your wedding day. It’s not something I make a big thing of on the day, but it does mean I naturally understand the choices you’ve made and the intention behind them, without needing to explain it. From the food to the suppliers you’ve chosen, to the overall feel of your day, it all comes together to reflect what matters most to you.
Having that shared understanding often brings a real sense of ease to my couples, allowing you to fully relax and enjoy your wedding knowing you’re surrounded by someone who just gets it.
A relaxed approach to capturing your wedding day
Every wedding is slightly different, but I always approach the day in a calm and considered way, allowing space for everything to unfold naturally and candidly, while still noticing and capturing those fleeting moments.
Because of this, I’m always mindful of blending into the background, working quietly and respectfully within your day rather than constantly stepping in and directing it. I keep things simple, allowing moments to happen as they are, while still being there but without distracting.
I’ll gently guide you during your couple portraits and swiftly organise and direct your formal group photos, so everything feels easy and comfortable. But outside of that, the majority of your day is documented as it naturally unfolds, from the bigger moments through to the smaller in-between ones you might not even realise are happening at the time.
The result is a beautiful gallery that feels relaxed and completely true to your wedding day.
I also offer wedding videography alongside photography for couples who would like to capture both the visual and emotional moments of their day in a consistent, natural style.
